Cool huh? Here are some tips to find the Penguin Band.

1. Get some friends & start looking for the Penguin Band In each server.
2. Try 4 bar servers.
3. If the server is full keep trying to get it in it,There might be a change they can be there.
4. If you see a crowd on the backstage theres a change you could meet the Penguin Band.
5. Try to refresh the Tracker,Try to refresh Icpcheats Twitter.
